This guide provides step-by-step instructions for accurately completing the Finance Services Agreement using DocuSign. Follow each step to ensure all relevant details are captured correctly and editable fields are properly set for onboarding teams.
Step 1. Selecting the Template
- Use the template "Blank Financial Services Agreement" located on the Funding & Finance Services folder.
When preparing the DocuSign envelope, add the merchant’s DBA name in the Email Subject line. This helps in organizing and retrieving the agreement efficiently.
Step 2. Prefill the Agreement Details
- For existing merchants, retrieve and verify information using AccessOne. Use the data to complete the Intake Form section of the agreement.
- Check the appropriate service checkboxes that correspond to the services the merchant will be receiving, indicating how much they'll be paying if they'll pay through ACH and Credit Card.
- For the Setup Fee and Monthly Fee, refer to Exhibit A under the selected Service and Package to populate accurate amounts. See Step 3 for instructions on locating this information.

Set the start date as the first day of the upcoming month (e.g., if it's June, use July 1, 2025).
- This field must be set to read-only so it cannot be altered by the client.

- Go to Google Drive select Apps & Forms > Finance Services
- Locate the corresponding Services ( Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sales and Use Tax) and Package (Silver, Gold) document that the merchant will be getting.
- Copy the services listed and paste them into the Exhibit A's Services provided by Company section.

Collaborative Fields:
- Ensure that all blue fields are collaborative, so the Onboarding Team can edit them after the merchant signs.
