Some cases, DocuSign templates are not available to forms we don't usually send. In cases like this, we can just upload the document and add fields necessary to the envelope. In adding fields, refer to DocuSign 101 - DocuSign Templates Summary.
There are multiple ways to upload the document, below are as follows:
Drag from your local folder.
You can simply drag from your local folder and place it to the area inside the "Drop documents to get started or click the 'Start' button." section.
Manually upload the documents.
1. You can do this by clicking "Start" and choose "Send an Envelope".
2. Once routed to a different page, click on "Upload" and choose "Browse". From then, choose the document you wish to send and click "Next" at the lower right to add necessary fields.
